- Advisor to insurance companies as to insurance and reinsurance coverage issues involving professional liability, comprehensive general liability and environmental claims and suits.
- Represented certain Lloyd's syndicates in connection with the monitoring and analysis of professional liability re insurance treaties and underlying claims, suits, reserves and ceding.
- Lead coordinating counsel for reinsurers’ general liability policy defense of multi-party environmental ‘superfund’ pollution suit.

- Insurance coordinator for self-insured hospital as to its defense of professional liability claims and suits.

- Risk management and insurance coordinator for acute care hospital involving regulatory, health care, malpractice and insurance issues.
- Corporate risk- management counsel relating to equipment safety designs, labeling, use instructions and related insurance program, including issues related to plant safety.

- Risk management coordinator and advisor for a Jacksonville Medical Center involving incident investigation, analysis and risk management advice for health care providers.
- Prosecuted and maintained permits required for the installation and operation of effluent emitting and hazardous waste generating facilities.
- Counselor for corporate hazardous waste, toxic substance, and air and water regulatory compliance programs.
- Resolved subsidiary's superfund site matter with EPA, under budget and without penalty.
- Defended international insurers in multiparty suit alleging comprehensive general liability insurance coverage for corporate superfund pollution sites.

- Negotiated and drafted corporate and owner AlA Architect and Construction agreement with contractor, owner and architect.
- Drafted, negotiated and provided consultation for residential and commercial purchase and sale agreements.
- Successful negotiation of claims relating to the alleged breach of condominium and homeowner purchase and sale agreements and return of deposits.

- Counsel and project manager for a successful multi-million dollar closing of a HUD insured equity/tax credit financed Jacksonville affordable housing development company.
- Responsible for advice and drafting relating to corporate compliance with State and DOE regulations relating to "major fuel burning" and" energy intensive" industries.
- Development of program and contract for alternative fuel use and energy recovery.
- Represented a biomass (thermal conversion) to energy company with related air quality permits involving a utility and its major fuel and waste generating accounts.
- Advice and drafting as to the application of trade and antitrust regulations relating to distribution and marketing programs.
- Counseled the implementation of compliance programs relating to product and plant safety, packaging and medical devices.
- Chief environmental, product and plant safety advisor for Fortune 500 Company.
